Jhatpat Delivery ("we", "our", "us"), operated by JMB Group, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use our website, app or WhatsApp ordering service.

1. Information We Collect

• Account info: name, email, phone number, password.
• Order info: delivery address, items, payment method, UPI transaction reference, order history.
• Device info: IP address, browser, device type, cookies for cart and session.

2. How We Use Information

• To process and deliver your orders.
• To contact you about order status via call / SMS / WhatsApp.
• To improve our products, offers and service.
• To prevent fraud and comply with law.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share only with delivery partners, payment processors and authorities when legally required.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and UPI (scan QR). UPI transactions are processed through your UPI app; we only store your transaction reference for verification. We do not store card or bank details.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage to keep your cart, session and preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not work.

6. Data Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with row-level access control. Passwords are hashed. We use HTTPS for all transmissions.
