Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

• You can cancel an order free of charge before it is packed.
• Once the order is "Out for Delivery", it cannot be cancelled.
• To cancel, call/WhatsApp +91 72388 08980 with your order ID.

2. Returns

Because we deal in perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, fast food, cakes), returns are accepted only at the time of delivery. Please inspect items before accepting.

• Damaged, spoiled or wrong items: refuse at delivery or report within 30 minutes with a photo.
• Sealed/packaged groceries: returnable within 24 hours if unopened and damaged.
• Medicines: non-returnable for safety reasons, except in case of wrong dispatch.

3. Refunds

• UPI: refunded to the same UPI ID within 3–5 working days.
• Cash on Delivery: refunded as store credit or via UPI on request.
